The Challenge
Schonfeld Strategic Advisors needed a modern, high quality workplace within a protected Grade 2 listed facade. The project required careful coordination with their New York team and precise alignment with their appointed architect.
The Solution
We adjusted our working hours to suit the New York team and worked in close partnership with their architect. We ensured their design vision could be delivered within the buildings heritage limits while maintaining exacting standards.

A Historic Banking Hall Reimagined
The front half of the building was once the original banking hall for HSBC in the City of London. This heritage gave the project a unique architectural character that we treated with care and respect. The new design sits gracefully within this history.
A Location of Rare Prestige
The building sits next to St Jamess Palace and looks across the palace gardens. This setting offers a rare mix of heritage, privacy and calm. The new office makes full use of the views and the sense of presence offered by one of London’s most sought after addresses.
