Beauty Pie is an exclusive luxury buyers’ club that has made a name for itself disrupting the beauty industry. Founder Marcia Kilgore is no stranger to success having also founded Bliss, Soap & Glory, FitFlop and Soaper Duper, so when it comes to inspiring people, she knows what she wants, and her team’s working environment is no exception.
An immersive workplace experience.
The Beauty Pie team had entered a new growth phase and were setting up a new London office for their team of 100 people on the fifth floor of Colegrave House at 70 Berners Street. They wanted to create an aspirational environment for hybrid working that immersed employees in the Beauty Pie world.
On brand, tasteful and befitting their game-changing reputation, they envisaged a space that encouraged socialising and collaboration whilst also providing areas for creative sessions like photography for social media.
An on-brand office
As the former Arcadia Offices in the West End, the structure of the building is unique, which was an inspiring place to start. Our objective was to enhance its characteristics whilst bringing the highly visual brand to the fore and making the facilities fit for their specific and varied purposes.
Our team set to work creating a glossy pink but tasteful experience with a diverse range of spaces to suit the buzzy nature of Beauty Pie.
Centred around a coffee area to encourage community and socalising, we wanted to enhance employee experience while promoting the brand culture, and it was this vision that led onto areas for photoshoots, mock-ups and product development, as well as dedicated meeting rooms.
Beauty on time
Completed on time within a 10-week construction period, the result is a sophisticated, welcoming and functional workplace designed to accommodate and facilitate Beauty Pie’s next phase of world domination.
