MARIS have been a superb partner for the University in our recent design and build project which transformed the heart of the University, creating exciting, eye-catching and highly functional spaces for our student and staff community.
The project was delivered to a very tight time schedule and an equally challenging budget, yet achieved almost exactly what was initially envisaged. The result has genuinely been transformational, with the variety of spaces encouraging individual and collaborative working, social groups and networking, and providing first-class event spaces which are in very high demand.
The quality of output and finish really has been very high, and at every step, it was clear that MARIS truly understood what the University was aiming for. Visitors to the University are equally impressed, and even seasoned estates professionals are amazed that we have delivered so much so quickly and for such a relatively modest outlay.
The impact of the project has been similarly dramatic – with much improved engagement and satisfaction at Open Days and other events, and we have seen an association between the project and enhanced student satisfaction and improved student outcomes. I cannot recommend MARIS highly enough.
