The Brief
Arrow Shipbroking has been growing rapidly, and they needed a new office space that could keep up with their expanding operations. They wanted a workspace that wasn’t just functional for their fast-paced trading activities but also paid homage to their rich maritime heritage.
The Solution
We worked closely with Arrow Shipbroking to create a design that strikes a perfect balance between modern functionality and traditional charm. The office layout was carefully planned to meet the high-energy demands of a trading floor, while also including quieter zones for focused work
The Result
This new office marks a huge shift for the Arrow Shipbroking team. We created a workspace at 60 Sloane Avenue that will support and inspire their growing team for years to come.
Functional Design
Spacious Trading Floor: We designed long rows of desks to make communication and collaboration among traders seamless.
Considered Acoustics: Working with layout of the building, we separated noisy trading areas from quieter workspaces to boost productivity.
State-of-the-Art Technology: We integrated the latest AV equipment to ensure smooth global communication and support for Arrow’s growth.
Connectivity and Culture
Welcoming Reception and Meeting Suites: The reception area and meeting rooms were designed to make a great first impression and provide plenty of space for client meetings.
Cultural Touchpoints: Arrow’s impressive collection of model ships and maritime artifacts are proudly displayed, keeping their heritage alive.
Relaxed Breakout Area: The breakout area features a unique tanker-shaped island and an exposed ceiling, creating a relaxed space for socialising and taking breaks.
