8 Week Programme
5,800 Sq Ft
The brief
Creating a classy and contemporary workplace for a leading multi-national lottery operator against a tight, eight-week schedule.
The Solution
Thorough coordination with the existing building to minimise modifications while focusing on details and high-end finishes.
The Result
A minimalistic yet inviting environment for both visitors and employees.
Project Overview
Maris Interiors took on the challenge of designing the fourth floor of the Burlian building at 80 New Bond Street, Mayfair for Allwyn Services, while transforming the floor below for a subsidiary within the Allwyn organisation. The goal was to create a distinct yet complementary space that aligned with the company’s values while embracing a minimalist design philosophy.
Design Concept
The scheme on Level 4 embodies a fresh, contemporary minimalist aesthetic. The neutral black and white palette, combined with sophisticated, crisp lines, creates a calm and focused environment. This design approach contrasts with the vibrant Scheme on the floor below, yet both spaces share a common thread of quality and attention to detail.
Efficient Occupation Strategy
The design on Level 4 was guided by an efficient occupation strategy, aimed at minimising building modifications while maximising functionality. The space was planned to accommodate changes in workforce size and function, reducing the need for frequent redesigns and conserving resources. This adaptability is key to supporting Allwyn’s operational flexibility and long-term sustainability.
We are very proud to say that, following the completion of this project, Maris Interiors was awarded the Ska Gold Certificate for Sustainability.
