The Challenge
Golub Capital needed a high quality new environment while retaining selected elements of the previous tenants category B fit out. The work required precision, assessment and a sensitive approach to integration.
The Solution
We surveyed and numbered every pane of glazing and identified where each could be reused to protect costs and reduce waste. Existing elements were carefully integrated into the new design to maximise visual impact and preserve the overall quality of the environment.
The Result
The completed office is contemporary, elegant and carefully composed. It meets all client requirements and was delivered on a fast track programme with absolute clarity.

Their London office needed to reflect confidence, precision and a modern approach to workplace design.
