Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Telesales Director, you will proactively seek out new business opportunities including new markets and growth areas, fostering, and developing relationships with our clients over the telephone to make business appointments with prospective clients.
We are seeking an experienced professional who will be passionate and engaging in their approach, and able to think and work strategically to seek out and convert business opportunities. You will be focussing on developing strong relationships with our clients’ and will have a proven ability to talk at business-to-business level.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Making appointments with senior business leaders
- Developing relationships with senior client contacts
- Networking with project managers
- Mentoring other members of the business development team
You will be able to demonstrate 5+ years’ experience in a business-to-business telesales environment, ideally design and build. You will have a keen interest in business and have a strong work ethic and desire to succeed in a target driven environment.
