Job Description & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician who can manage technical design solutions across all our projects.  You will be focussing on ensuring the design intent is not compromised when coordinating technical packages and on continuous improvement and meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations.  

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing the coordination of drawing packages during the design development 
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the design intent as it develops 
  • Space planning, M&E concept, M&E consultation, ceiling concept, lighting, flooring, furniture, joinery and finishes concept 
  • Creating accommodation and finishes schedules 
  • Aligning drawings in terms of costs and designs 

Relevant degree qualified, you will be able to demonstrate at least 2 years in a commercial office interiors setting.  You will have a keen eye for detail and will be experienced in AutoCAD to an advanced level as well as advanced Revit, Adobe Suite.

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
