Job Description & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Design Officer and Team Managing Director, you will be responsible for the creation of industry leading interior and exterior architectural models.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Modelling fully detailed interior spaces
- Lighting and texture mapping of models, accessories and detail models
- Creating animation
- Installing and configuring hardware and software as required
- Ensuring Maris produces ‘cutting edge, market leading’ visuals
You will have at least 4 years’ experience of 3D modelling, showing solid capability in 3D texturing, materials, and lighting. You will be comfortable with Vray and demonstrate strong Photoshop skills. Experience of Railclone, Forest Pack, and FloorGenerator is an advantage. You will be comfortable handling AutoCAD files. Familiarity with deadline render management, After Effects, and Unreal Engine would be beneficial but is not essential. You will show excellent attention to detail and a proactive, committed approach to workload.
