The Challenge
BIMM needed a rapid summer refurbishment of their London Road campus so it would be ready for the new student intake in September. The work had to be delivered quickly, within a fixed budget and with a clear understanding of how the building is used during term time.
The Solution
We mobilised immediately and created a turnkey refurbishment that met their occupancy brief, timelines and budget. The work refreshed key areas, improved circulation and created a brighter and more engaging campus environment. The design supports daily student life and strengthens the arrival experience.

The London Road campus now has a fresh new look that welcomes students and supports a lively and creative atmosphere.
BIMM is a well known creative arts education group offering music, film, performing arts and media courses. Their campuses attract students who want to develop practical skills and gain industry experience.
