Transforming the office space for a direct sales and electronics leader.
Keyence is an electronics company and direct sales organisation that develops and manufactures items ranging from automation sensors to barcode readers, all with a view to improving productivity for their clients. With that mindset, it stands to reason that they would want their office space to enhance the experience and productivity of their own team as well. So, when it came to relocating from their London office to a new space in Milton Keynes, they wanted to create something exceptional.
The company was relocating as their London office was being redeveloped into residential property. They had taken the decision to move to a new site at Stockley Park, with easy transport links via the Elizabeth Line, but offering a greater sense of wellbeing with its amenities and surroundings. Stockley Park is a progressive business estate and as such, the space had already had a recent Cat A landlord fit out resulting in a high quality, modern location with a professional feel.
Our objective was to make it much more design focused, and the Keyence team had strong understanding of the company and their office needs. As a result, they provided a comprehensive brief, and following several meetings between Maris and Keyence at both their London and Milton Keynes premises, our first draft space plan was approved with minimal amendments.
Works now begin in earnest and we look forward to introducing Keyence to their new home.
