Reporting to the Head of Business Development, our CRM Manager will oversee our bespoke CRM system’s operation, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Your role involves updating and maintaining the CRM database, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimise CRM functionality, and leading system administration and staff training. Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining our sales processes and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing and optimising the bespoke CRM database, acting as the go-to expert for all CRM-related queries and technical support, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Marketing teams to enhance CRM functionality, supporting business objectives and improving user experience. 
  • Administering the CRM system, including user setup, license management, and security settings, alongside spearheading CRM training and best practice adherence. 
  • Monitoring CRM usage to ensure compliance with data protection policies and consistent data entry, especially among teams with daily CRM interactions. 
  • Identifying and implementing CRM system improvements and integrations, focusing on automation and data sharing to boost efficiency and customer engagement. 

You will have a proven track record in the effective management of CRM systems, with a deep understanding of data management principles and the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Your expertise will include not only a strong technical foundation in CRM platforms but also an excellent ability to train and support staff across various departments. A background in digital marketing, sales workflow optimisation, and lead generation will be highly regarded, alongside your commitment to upholding data accuracy and integrity.

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
