Reporting to the Telesales Director, you will be responsible for making appointments, achieving weekly targets, and managing relationships with prospects. Specific tasks include appointment setting, database management, and engaging with networking opportunities, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with excellent telesales experience, a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in business. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive work culture, demonstrate proactive appointment-making skills, and exhibit a passion for business development and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Make appointments
  • Develop ongoing relationships with prospects on the database
  • Entering information onto the database
  • Networking with clients and project managers
  • Mentoring junior callers in the team

You will have exceptional telephone etiquette, a robust work ethic, and the capability to engage in effective business-to-business communication, drawing from your prior telesales experience. Additionally, a keen interest in the business and industry, coupled with relevant experience, are essential for this role.

The company does not have a fixed salary scale and will pay an appropriate and fair salary based on experience and abilities.
